We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Porto. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and services. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new technologies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security of our network by implementing necessary measures and protocols
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and system maintenance
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Biometric passport for international travel (preferred)
- Ability to provide accommodation (preferred)

Salary: $1600/month
