Front-End Developer



We are searching for a skilled and experienced Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Porto, Portugal. As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-facing features on our website and applications. You will work closely with our design and back-end development teams to deliver high-quality, responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with designers, back-end developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of front-end components
- Continuously improve the website/application's usability and accessibility
- Troubleshoot and fix cross-browser compatibility issues
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Front-End Developer
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.js
- Familiarity with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms such as SASS or LESS
- Experience with responsive design principles
- Understanding of SEO principles
- Experience with debugging tools like Chrome DevTools
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred:
-Nationality: Portuguese or EU citizen
-Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
-Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology

Salary: 1600$ per month
