Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality results
- Set clear goals and objectives for your team and ensure they are met
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
- Mentor and coach team members to help them reach their full potential
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to upper management
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency
- Ensure all work is completed within budget and on time

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teamlead or similar role in the tech industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Biometric passport (or willing to obtain one)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. Please note that this role does not include accommodation.
