We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on progress
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Lead project team meetings and ensure all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion
- Prepare reports for upper management on project status, budget updates, and any issues or roadblocks encountered
- Maintain accurate project documentation for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership abilities with the confidence to make decisions under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Basecamp

Preferences:
- Experience working with international clients or teams
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Salary:
