Project Manager

As a Project Manager for our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project delivery. This includes planning, organizing, and coordinating the resources necessary to complete projects within defined timeframes and budgets. You will work closely with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that project goals are met and expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage project scope, ensuring any changes are properly documented and approved
- Communicate regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address any issues or concerns
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each project
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Manage relationships with clients and external partners/vendors as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience in project management
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage team members
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g. Asana, Trello)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- PMP certification is a plus

Salary: $900/month

Location: Vianden
