Milling Machine Operator

We are in need of a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Zagreb. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. You should have a good understanding of milling machine operations, as well as knowledge of different materials and their properties.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine machine settings and tool requirements
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on machines
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase productivity

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating milling machines preferred
- Familiarity with different materials used in manufacturing
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
