Restaurant Manager (Canadian) in Al-Khor, Qatar



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Canadian national, you will bring your expertise in managing a busy restaurant and delivering exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overall management of the restaurant operations, including budgeting, financial reporting and staffing
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Train and supervise staff on all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service standards, and health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak times
- Manage reservations, handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotions or events to attract new customers

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment is required
- Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and managing budgets effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff to deliver outstanding service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic accounting principles is essential
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism at all times

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. As this is not a live-in role, accommodation will not be provided. However, we are able to provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
