Courier Supervisor

As a Courier Supervisor, you will oversee and manage a team of couriers in delivering packages and documents to clients in and around the city of Clairvaux. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery, as well as maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of couriers, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor delivery routes and ensure efficient use of resources
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers and delivery times
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients regarding special delivery requests or issues
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by the courier team
- Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics or customer service, to resolve any issues or delays in delivery

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a courier or in a similar supervisory role is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns in Clairvaux is preferred
