Job Title: Network and Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting our company's network and computer systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure and provide technical support to our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
- Manage system backups and disaster recovery plans
- Perform routine security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Upgrade systems with new releases and patches
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues
- Collaborate with other IT team members to design and implement new solutions or improvements to existing systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP) and technologies (e.g. VLANs)
- Experience with network security (e.g. firewalls) and VPNs
- Proficiency in configuring Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: 1200$ per month
