Handyman



As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and facilities. You will work independently or as part of a team to ensure that all required tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks on buildings, equipment, and facilities
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and other building components
- Respond to work orders in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other team members as needed to complete larger projects
- Keep inventory of tools and supplies and make recommendations for replacements or additions as needed
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while completing tasks
- Maintain accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, etc.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification is a plus)

Salary: 1300$ monthly (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vilnius (accommodation not provided)

Visa/Permits: Free visa and ticket provided for non-Lithuanian candidates
