Finisher (La-Condamine, Monaco)



As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final stages of production on various projects. Your attention to detail and precise techniques will ensure that our products have a flawless finish. This role requires someone who is physically fit and has experience working with hand tools and machinery. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where quality is key. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sanding, polishing, and buffing to achieve a smooth finish on products
- Fill imperfections and repair damaged areas using appropriate materials
- Operate hand tools and machinery to complete finishing tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints or diagrams to understand project requirements
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for any defects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a Finisher or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of wood finishes and their application methods
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects when necessary
- Good time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot imperfections in finished products
