Dismantler Technician


We are currently seeking a skilled Dismantler Technician to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling and preparing various types of equipment for recycling or disposal. This includes removing hazardous materials and components, salvaging reusable parts, and properly disposing of waste materials.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in dismantling or related field preferred
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations for handling hazardous materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills in Lithuanian (English proficiency is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Inspect equipment to determine the best approach for dismantling
- Safely remove hazardous materials such as batteries, oils, and chemicals from equipment
- Disassemble equipment using hand tools, power tools, and cutting torches as needed
- Sort and salvage reusable parts for resale or recycling
- Properly dispose of non-recyclable waste materials according to regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols while working with hazardous materials
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
