Restaurant Manager



We are hiring a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing and leading a team, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the restaurant, from customer service to inventory management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, food quality, and restaurant cleanliness
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Oversee scheduling and shift assignments for staff members
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or specials
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices for ingredients or supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management, budgeting, and cost control
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Must have a valid visa to work in Qatar

Preference will be given to candidates with Canadian nationality. However, we welcome all qualified candidates regardless of nationality. This is an urgent position so candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
Al-Rayyan, Qatar.

Note:
