Machine Operator


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and maintaining various types of machines used in manufacturing processes. They should also have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machines used in the manufacturing process
- Monitor machines for any malfunctions or issues and troubleshoot as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are running at optimal levels
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals to understand machine operations
- Adjust machine settings as needed to meet production requirements
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Machine Operator
- Proficient in operating different types of machines used in manufacturing processes
- Strong understanding of technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred:
- Experience working with automated machinery is a plus
- Experience working with different materials such as metal, plastic, or wood is an asset

We offer competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position. This is an urgent job opening so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
