Web Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You should have a strong understanding of web design principles, typography, color theory, and user experience. Your role will involve working closely with our development team to bring your designs to life.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating website layouts using tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Sketch.
- Collaborating with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Creating graphics, icons, and other visual elements for websites.
- Conducting user research and testing to improve website usability.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques.
- Communicating project progress and presenting design concepts to clients.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your web design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop or Sketch.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Salary: 1000$ per month
