Web Designer


We are a vibrant and growing company based in Kaunas, seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly website designs that align with our brand image and goals.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing website layouts, graphics, and functionality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business requirements
- Conducting user research and testing to gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in web design
- Maintaining and updating existing websites as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in web design or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and other web design tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly

Preferences:
- Experience working with WordPress or other content management systems
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Creative mindset with a strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
