We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing accurate maps, plans, and reports for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques, as well as proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys as per project requirements
- Operate surveying equipment and ensure accuracy of measurements
- Collect data and prepare maps, plans, and reports using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Analyze survey data and provide recommendations to clients
- Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys performed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a land surveyor
- Proficiency in using total stations, GPS receivers, and CAD software
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Ability to interpret legal descriptions and boundary lines accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1200 per month
