We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machines used in the production process. You should have prior experience working with industrial machinery and be able to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of safety protocols are essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Operate equipment to produce high-quality products
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
