Construction Project Manager



As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Ar-Ruwais. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor progress and performance of construction teams to ensure quality work and adherence to safety regulations
- Manage project changes, delays, and conflicts that may arise
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
