Construction Site Manager - Ar-Ruwais, Canada
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee our construction projects in Ar-Ruwais, Canada. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry, with proven track record in managing large-scale projects. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to coordinate and manage multiple teams and contractors on site.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and contractors
- Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor progress of construction work and provide regular updates to management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Proficient in project management software
- Must be willing to relocate to Ar-Ruwais, Canada
Benefits:
