Team Lead - Project Management (Moscow, Russia)



We are currently recruiting for a Team Lead in our Project Management department to join our team in Moscow, Russia. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about leading and managing a team to deliver successful projects. This role is open to all nationalities and English language proficiency is not required.

As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of project managers working on various projects. You will be the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of projects. Your role will also involve providing guidance, support, and mentorship to your team members to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working with international clients or teams is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of project managers and provide guidance, support, and mentorship as needed
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful completion
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and technological advancements in project management
