Carpenter (Contract, Multan)



We are currently hiring a skilled Carpenter to join our team on a contract basis in Multan. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. You will use various tools and techniques to measure, cut, shape, and fabricate wooden parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry and possess strong attention to detail. This role also requires a biometric passport and is open to all genders. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or drawings to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges
- Cut materials using hand or power tools such as saws, chisels, or routers
- Join materials together using nails, screws, staples or adhesives
- Install structures or fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings using levels or plumb bobs
- Repair existing wooden structures or fixtures by replacing damaged parts
- Sand surfaces after installation for smooth finish
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on job sites

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of different carpentry techniques and tools
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with excellent measuring skills
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Biometric passport required for security purposes
