Job Title: Senior Architect - Monte-Carlo

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Monte-Carlo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. They should possess excellent design and project management skills, as well as the ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with clients.

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design process, from conceptualization to completion. This includes creating detailed architectural plans, overseeing construction progress, and ensuring that all projects meet budgetary and timeline requirements. You will also be involved in client meetings and presentations, providing expert advice and guidance on design decisions.

The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as the ability to incorporate sustainable design principles into their work. They should also have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other architects, engineers, and construction professionals.

In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for someone who is creative, innovative, and passionate about architecture. The ability to think outside the box and come up with unique solutions is essential for this role.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position. This is a full-time role based in Monte-Carlo, so candidates must be willing to relocate if necessary.
