Information Technology Manager


We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team in La-Condamine. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall technology strategy and operations of our company. Your main goal will be to ensure that our technology systems are efficient, effective, and secure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies and plans to meet the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department including budgeting, resource allocation, and project management
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of all hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades to current systems
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
- Train employees on new systems or processes as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions
- In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, hardware/software systems
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month plus benefits.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in La-Condamine. Relocation assistance is not provided.
