IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to join our team in La-Condamine. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations and infrastructure of our company. Your main goal will be to ensure that all systems and networks are running smoothly and efficiently, and to provide technical support to all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of all systems, ensuring maximum uptime and minimal disruptions.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and productivity within the IT department.
- Provide technical support to all employees, troubleshooting any hardware or software issues that may arise.
- Ensure that all systems are secure from external threats by implementing security measures.
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation in the company's systems.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, delegating tasks and providing guidance when needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, operating systems, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.

Salary: $1500 per month

City: La-Condamine
