Job Title: Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as ensuring quality control and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Sharjah. However, we welcome candidates from all countries who are willing to relocate.
