Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including timelines and milestones
- Manage project budgets and ensure that costs stay within approved limits
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to plans as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations
- Communicate project updates to clients, keeping them informed about progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and other legal requirements
- Prepare regular reports on project status for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods and technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to motivate team members towards common goals
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety standards

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

This job is located in Sharjah, UAE.

Preference:
Preference will be given to Indian and Malayalee candidates. This job is open to all nationalities and English proficiency is not required. Part-time and entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply. Free visa and ticket will be provided for selected candidates.
