Construction Project Manager


A leading construction company in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and organized individual with a proven track record in managing construction projects. This is a contract position with an attractive salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of construction projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and budget to ensure profitability and efficiency
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures
- Communicate project updates to clients and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
