Senior Architect

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and construction of architectural projects. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conception to completion
- Develop and present project proposals to clients
- Oversee construction and ensure projects are completed according to plans
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design techniques and regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for presenting proposals and collaborating with team members
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
