Senior Architect - St. Petersburg, Russia



A leading architectural firm in St. Petersburg is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of various projects, ensuring that they meet client expectations and adhere to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Lead the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Review and approve project designs by junior architects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Oversee project team and provide guidance as needed
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the construction phase
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and building codes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Architect in a reputable firm
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as lead a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in St. Petersburg
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed.

We offer competitive salary packages starting at 1400$ per month based on experience and qualifications. Visa sponsorship will be provided for non-Russia citizens. This is an urgent position so immediate availability is preferred.
