Senior Architect - St-Petersburg, Canada


We are searching for a skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in St-Petersburg, Canada. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, budget, and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conception to completion, ensuring all project requirements are met
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and effectiveness
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs
- Mentor and guide junior architects on best practices and techniques
- Manage project budgets and deadlines effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools such as SketchUp or Revit
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Canadian citizenship or permanent residency is preferred but not required
