Barber Specialist


We are in search of a skilled Barber Specialist to join our team in Ufa. Our ideal candidate should have prior experience in providing haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services to clients of all ages and hair types. As a Barber Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workstation, interacting with clients in a professional and friendly manner, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services to clients
- Listen to clients' requests and preferences to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the barbering industry
- Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services provided
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with managing inventory of supplies/products

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Strong knowledge of different hair types, styles, and products
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work legally in Ufa
- Must be able to work full-time and have flexible availability
- Must be comfortable working with men of all ages
- Ability to provide own accommodation

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month. Additional benefits may be discussed during the interview process.
