Our busy barbershop in Ufa is seeking a talented Men's Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Men's Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our male clientele. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for men's grooming and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Consult with clients to determine their desired hairstyle and provide recommendations
- Perform haircuts, beard trims, and other grooming services according to client preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and tools
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and techniques in men's grooming
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a men's hair stylist or barber
- Proficient in various cutting techniques, including fades, tapers, and scissor cuts
- Knowledge of men's hair care products
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Attention to detail and ability to provide precise haircuts
- Must have a valid biometric passport (or ability to obtain one) for international travel opportunities

Salary: $1300 per month
