Senior Architect

We are currently hiring a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Kaunas. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design, construction and renovation of various projects. Your role will involve working closely with clients, contractors and other team members to ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on time. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and mentorship to junior architects, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, including creating project proposals, developing designs and producing construction documents
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and develop designs that meet their expectations
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, designers and other team members to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and accurately
- Monitor project progress to ensure that deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction progress and provide guidance when necessary
- Mentor junior architects by providing feedback on their work and assisting them with their professional development
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology and building codes to ensure that our designs meet current standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors and team members throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect on commercial or residential projects
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior architects effectively
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and best practices in architecture

Salary: 1600$

Location: Kaunas (Filipinos/Nepali preferred)

Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)

Experience Level: Senior level
