Senior Architect for Contract Position in Kaunas, Lithuania



We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our team for a contract position in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of high-quality buildings and structures. This position is suitable for men with experience in the architecture field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop design proposals
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using specialized software
- Lead a team of architects and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that construction meets design specifications
- Review and approve materials, finishes, and equipment selections
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience as a licensed architect in a design firm or architectural practice
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification process preferred
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, and team members.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this contract position. Additional benefits may be offered based on experience.
