We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and furniture. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently while adhering to project timelines. Our ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in residential or commercial painting and have a strong understanding of different painting techniques and materials. The salary for this position is $1100 per week.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Prime surfaces for painting
- Mix paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint with brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Use different techniques such as stenciling or faux finishes to create decorative effects
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatters or spills
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Ensure work is completed within project deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial painting
- Strong knowledge of different types of paints, finishes, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints or follow design plans
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
