Concierge in Svalbard

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team in Svalbard. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, activities, and dining options
- Arrange reservations for guests at restaurants, tours, and other activities
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned and stocked with amenities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Keep updated records of guest requests, preferences, and complaints

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively under pressure
