Pastry Chef - English Speaking (Dubai)

We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our team in Dubai. As an English speaking chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing an array of delicious pastries and desserts. Your creativity and attention to detail will be key in ensuring the quality of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute new pastry ideas and recipes
- Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Ensure food safety guidelines are followed at all times
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent understanding of various pastry techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong creative skills with the ability to develop unique dessert ideas
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
