Entry Level Merchandiser


We are searching for an entry level Merchandiser to join our team in Ajman. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing products and ensuring they are displayed in an attractive and organized manner. Your role will involve collaborating with sales, marketing, and design teams to develop creative strategies that drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all products are accurately displayed and priced according to company guidelines
- Develop merchandising strategies to increase sales and maintain customer interest
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective product displays and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive pricing, and consumer preferences
- Maintain visual standards including cleanliness, organization, signage, and lighting of product displays
- Create reports on sales data, customer feedback, and overall performance of products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred but not required
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Urdu/Hindi is a bonus)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards consistently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.
