Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will also oversee the work of junior accountants and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports on a regular basis
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgets
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Manage tax compliance and reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Train, supervise, and mentor junior accountants

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficient in using accounting software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English is required
- Preference will be given to Indian nationals
