Urgent Architecture Manager (Egyptian Nationals Only)

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, including design, construction, and budget management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Oversee the design process and provide guidance to architects and designers.
- Review and approve architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans.
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects.

Requirements:
- Egyptian national with a valid visa to work in Clairvaux (own visa preferred).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of building materials, codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary: $1400 per month.
