Architecture Manager


We are currently seeking an ambitious and driven Architecture Manager to join our team in Clairvaux. As an architecture manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of projects, managing a team of architects and coordinating with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and provide direction, guidance, and support
- Review project proposals and ensure they meet client requirements and budget constraints
- Prepare project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations
- Oversee the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Conduct site visits to ensure projects are being executed according to plans
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Communicate with clients regularly to update them on project progress and address any concerns or changes
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1600$ per month

This position is open to Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English. Previous experience is not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.
