We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including waitstaff, chefs, and kitchen assistants
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and food quality
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address any concerns or issues
- Create work schedules for employees and ensure proper staffing levels at all times
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
