Job Title: Junior Data Analyst


We are hiring a Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team in Karachi. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide insights and support decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize data from various sources
- Conduct data analysis using statistical methods and software
- Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data
- Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Continuously monitor and improve data quality
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
- Proficiency in SQL and/or other programming languages (e.g. Python)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Familiarity with statistical packages (e.g. SPSS) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1700$, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Karachi. Accommodation can be provided for out-of-town candidates if needed.
