Interpreter


We are currently seeking a skilled Interpreter to join our team in Karachi. As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between individuals who speak different languages. You must have previous experience in interpreting and be fluent in at least two languages, including English and the language of your specialization.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately interpret conversations and speeches between individuals who do not speak the same language
- Translate written documents from one language to another
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times
- Conduct research and prepare specialized vocabulary for upcoming assignments
- Act as a cultural liaison to ensure effective communication between parties
- Monitor tone and context of conversations to provide accurate interpretations
- Follow company standards and protocols for interpreting services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in interpretation, translation, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an interpreter
- Fluency in English and at least one other language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of cultural differences and ability to adapt accordingly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in using interpretation equipment
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position without accommodation. The salary for this role is $1400 per month.
