Interpreter – English to Urdu


We are currently seeking a skilled interpreter fluent in both English and Urdu to join our team in Karachi. As an interpreter, you will be responsible for accurately translating spoken conversations and written documents between English and Urdu for clients from various industries.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between clients who speak English and those who speak Urdu, facilitating communication and understanding between parties.
- Listen to conversations in one language, interpret the content, and communicate it accurately in the other language.
- Translate written documents, such as emails, reports, and contracts, from English to Urdu and vice versa.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times while handling sensitive information.
- Research industry-specific terminology to ensure accurate translation of technical terms.
- Collaborate with other interpreters or team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in translations.

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Urdu is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey meaning accurately in both languages.
- Strong knowledge of grammar and syntax in English and Urdu.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience as an interpreter is preferred but not required.

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Location:
The job is located in Karachi. However, we welcome applicants from all over Pakistan.

Accommodation:
