We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Solar Installer to join our team in Khanpur. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar energy systems on residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other necessary equipment according to manufacturer instructions and industry standards
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best location for solar panel placement
- Properly mount panels on roofs or other structures using appropriate tools and equipment
- Connect panels to electrical systems and ensure proper wiring is in place
- Perform routine maintenance on existing systems, including cleaning panels and checking for any damages or malfunctions
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with solar energy systems
- Keep accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in solar installation preferred
- Previous experience working with solar energy systems is a plus but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift heavy equipment (up to 50lbs)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols at all times
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1800 per month. Additional benefits may be offered based on experience and qualifications.

Location:
This role is based in Khanpur but may require travel within the surrounding areas for installations.
