Formwork Supervisor
This is a contract position for a Formwork Supervisor to oversee and manage formwork projects in the city of Lisbon. We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual with at least 5 years of experience in formwork construction. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of formwork systems, materials, and techniques, as well as experience in managing a team of workers. As this is a contract job, the candidate must have their own valid visa for working in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage formwork projects from start to finish
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed on site
- Coordinate with project managers and other contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Train and guide team members on proper formwork construction techniques
- Order necessary materials and equipment for projects
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets required standards

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in formwork construction
- Extensive knowledge of various formwork systems, materials, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with project managers, contractors, and team members
- Must have a valid visa for working in Lisbon
