Cleaner Supervisor



We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Cleaner Supervisor to join our team in Braga. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of cleaners, assigning tasks and ensuring that all areas are thoroughly cleaned according to company standards
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas are consistently maintained
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained
- Handle any customer complaints or issues regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally
- Keep track of inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends if necessary
- Must be legally authorized to work in Braga

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
