We are currently hiring for a talented and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our prestigious hotel in Monte-Carlo. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel sales, a strong understanding of the luxury hospitality industry, and a proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Identify potential clients and conduct market research to stay ahead of the competition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as travel agents, corporate clients, event planners, and other potential partners.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations to showcase the hotel's unique offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends, analyze data, and provide recommendations for revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events or special packages.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's brand.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role in the luxury hospitality industry.
- A strong network of contacts in the travel industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Knowledge of revenue management principles and techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month. As this is a contract job, no accommodation will be provided.
